This job is located at Denver International Airport. Hours will be 3:00 pm until 11:30 pm. Days off will be during the week.
Supervisors monitor airport parking cashiers in multiple locations within the airport, assisting with escalated customer issues, equipment malfunctions, lost parking tickets etc.
During paid training you must be able to train on different shifts for a 2 week period to familiarize yourself with operations. 1 week 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 1 week 11:00 pm - 7:30 am and then the normal shift of 3:00 - 11:30 pm. Pay is $14.18 per hour.
• Create daily cashier schedule and make changes as needed
• Resolves customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively within the cashier lanes.
• Schedule and document break times, ensure all employees get breaks
• May require overtime as needed.
This is a very active position that includes a lot of walking when assisting cashiers and customers
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends as scheduled
• Utilize secure keys to perform minor equipment maintenance such as ticket or credit card jams and adding receipt paper
Collect, count, and countersign cash drops from cashiers
This is a union position and requires you to join the Teamsters union.
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-3 years previous supervisory experience within retail or food service environment helpful.
Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, memos and other correspondence in English.
Computer skills with excel, word, and Google to create schedules, email, research parking ticket information, etc.
This job can include being outdoors at times and in all weather conditions. May include a lot walking
