We are looking for energetic, experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join our growing Leadership Team!
Responsibilities and Duties
•Responsible for monitoring training and development of new team members
•Lead each shiftby delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members
•Learn each area of the restaurant to assist when necessary
•Acts with integrity and honesty while promoting the company culture
•Follow inventory control procedures to reduce product loss
•Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
•Manage time effectivelyand meet all job responsibilities
•Maintain a positive work environmentfor team members and guests
•Ensure all food items are prepared according to company standards of quality, consistency, and timeliness
•Check food quality and temperatures throughout the day to maintain Health and Safety regulations
•Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
•A minimum of 1 year in a Lead, Supervisor or Manager position.
•Ability to provide Excellent Guest Service
•Ability to Lead a team in a fast-paced environment
