Position has primary responsibility for effective performance of all assigned duties listed below, and must be able to communicate effectively with all Management, Custodial Personnel, Subcontractors, City Personnel, Union Representatives and the Traveling Public.
- Dispatcher/ Receptionist – Must be able to not only professionally and efficiently greet guests, visitors and employees, but also answer the telephone in a businesslike manner, take and deliver messages. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Must be able to check the office line for messages, log all sick line calls.
-Must be able to perform office duties in an efficient manner. Has escorting privileges and is able to escort unbadged individuals to the company office area. Answer radio and send messages to management staff for wet spills/ floods/ special cleanups, etc..
- Processing re-badging applications, and setting appointments as needed. Attends yearly classes for Authorizing Agents, fills out necessary forms for all changes such as job titles, door access requirements, etc. Prepare the active badge reports every 3 months.
- Recruiting and Hiring - Assists with receiving applications, setting up and conducting interviews, assists in Orientations when needed. Schedule and set up new employees for fingerprinting, background checks and security badging when drug testing is completed.
- General Clerical – must be able to perform general computer functions, assist with miscellaneous office tasks and be available for any other duties as requested or required. Fluency is Spanish is a plus.
