Overnight Front Desk/Dispatch/Vault

Hours are 10:00 pm - 6:30 am. This job is located at Denver International Airport.

Answer switchboard calls, assist customers, log attendance, ring off cashiers, count credit card slips, cash, and complete appropriate finance paperwork.

Days off will be during the week, may require working holidays that fall on regularly scheduled days.

Responsible for counting cashier banks upon receipt and verifying amounts
•May be required to pick up cashier drops from the booths as needed.
•Answer phone and help button in a prompt and courteous manner.
•Balance credit card receipts
•Track employee calls outs and notify appropriate supervisor
•Dispatch drivers to assist customers with jump starts, lock-outs, lost cars
•Maintain radio communication with SP+ drivers in the field
•Requires ability to work some overtime as needed
•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and walk, use hands to calculate credit card receipts and count cash.

Required Education/Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent education required. 6 months customer service experience required.

Desired Education/Experience:

Microsoft Excel computer experience desirable.
Previous switchboard/dispatch experience preferred.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, write and interpret the English language fluently. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.

This position requires joining the union.
