Lease Administrator Extaordinaire

Working at Denver International Airport is fast, adventuresome and always changing! We are Provenzano Resources, Inc. and we own and manage the specialty leasing program (Kiosks and Pop Up Stores) throughout the airport. We are looking for a critical member of our office TEAM, the Lease Administrator. Our local office is in the main terminal at the Airport. Please consider this commute before applying!

We need you to be organized, extremely reliable, very detail oriented and positive! This position supports the DEN PRL staff and you will also work with the owners of the company. You will interact directly with over all of our merchants and their staff of over 250. This is a multi-cultural 'community' so you should be comfortable and patient dealing with all members of the public. You will be interacting and working with Denver Airport personnel, so professionalism at all times is required. Being a positive and helpful team member and representative of our company is key to being the perfect fit for this role!

Below are some of the functions of the position, however this program changes every day:

Enter and verify information in license agreements.
Manage License Agreement documentation flow from start to finish.
Produce reports as needed, based on data in the accounting system and use of Microsoft Excel.
Assist in the preparation and review of all monthly leasing reports, and other reports as needed.
Track and verify business license and insurance certificate submittals and expirations.
Work closely with the Badge Administrator/Receptionist on other administrative tasks.
Answer phones and act as a receptionist when needed.
Become fully knowledgeable and responsible for the security badging process as primary backup for the Badge Administrator.
Other duties as assigned. Again this is a small office. We need team members that are happy to pitch in where needed.

Qualifications (Minimum)
At least 1 year of lease administration and/or related experience required (paralegal experience a plus)
Strong analytical ability and mathematical skills required
Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Yardi experience would be a plus; that is the system in our office
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong customer relations skills and the ability to work well with external customers
Must be able to pass a 10-year FBI background check for badging at the airport
Current DEN badge holder a plus (but of course not required)

Physical and Environmental Factors
Ability to work 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday
Ability to sit for long periods of time in standard desk chairs as provided by office
Physically able and capable of typing/word processing for up to 6 hours a day
Cleaning of office and associated spaces as necessary; ability to use chemicals for cleaning on a daily basis
Ability to walk up to 3 miles at least one-time daily (that is to visit the units in each concourse)
Must be comfortable with commute to Denver International Airport
