We are Provenzano Resources, Inc. and we own and manage the Kiosks and Pop Up Stores, at the Denver International Airport. This position is a critical member of our team. We have a small office at the Airport. We are a privately held national company, and we value our team members.
We need you to be organized, extremely reliable, and very detail oriented . You will interact directly with over 45 merchants and their 250 staff. This is a multi-cultural 'community' so you should be comfortable, professional and patient dealing with different methods of approaching business.
Below are some of the functions of the position, however this program changes every day:
Enter and verify information in license agreements.
Manage License Agreement documentation flow from start to finish.
Produce reports as needed, based on data in the accounting system and use of Microsoft Excel.
Assist in the preparation and review of all monthly leasing reports, and other reports as needed.
Work closely with the Badge Administrator/Receptionist on other related tasks.
Answer phones and act as a receptionist on some occasions.
Act as primary back-up for badging duties. Again this is a small office and everyone participates.
At least 1 year of lease administration and/or related experience required (paralegal experience a plus)
Strong analytical ability and mathematical skills required
Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Yardi experience would be a plus; that is the system in our office
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel); must pass PRL word processing test for verification
Strong customer relations skills and the ability to work well with external customers
Must be able to pass a 10-year FBI background check for badging at the airport
Physical and Environmental Factors
Ability to work between 40 hours per week schedule Monday-Friday
Ability to sit for long periods of time in standard desk chairs as provided by office
Physically able and capable of typing/word processing for up to 6 hours a day
Cleaning of office and associated spaces as necessary; ability to use chemicals for cleaning on a daily basis
Ability to walk up to 3 miles at least one-time daily (that is to visit the units in each concourse)
