• Correctly seasons, cooks, and plates all menu items according to company specifications, recipes, and procedures, ensuring all items are prepared and served to our standards of quality, presentation, and timing
• Considers all guests and the business his or her first priority
• Communicates and coordinates with the other back of house staff to ensure smooth service
• Works well in a team environment where responsibilities are shared
• Must understand and practice basic food and alcohol safety
• Must have previous kitchen and/or restaurant experience
• Minimum age: 18 years of age
• Must agree and be able to pass a DIA 10-year background check
