The Full Charge Bookkeeper is directly responsible for the data maintenance and accurate and timely creation of all financial reports required for the company and the Denver International Airport (DEN). The ideal candidate will be an Excel Power User with Property Management experience and possess strong accounting acumen. Integral to success is the ability to utilize all financial processes and tools available, to ensure accurate management of program revenue and expenses. Being a reliable, self-motivated team player is a must!

Essential Job Functions:
• Full Charge Bookkeeper for the Company using Yardi Voyager and Excel, including collection of all current and past due merchant balances
• Monitors compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and company procedures
• Manages all budget preparation and forecasting accurately
• Accurately abstracts and enters all pertinent data from Letter of Intents (LOI’s), Sub-License agreements (SLAs) and Billing Change Requests into Yardi Voyager accounting system
• Produces accurate and timely reports as needed from Yardi and Excel
• Makes recommendations to management regarding improvement of the financial processes
• Meticulously prepares contractually required monthly sales and revenue reports for DEN
• Manages Yardi and PayScan workflow
• Completes yearly revenue review/audit with 3rd party CPA
• Prepares reports and financial statements monthly, quarterly and yearly through Yardi software for partners and management as needed
• Prepares monthly cash projections and partner distribution followed by entering into Yardi and spreadsheets as appropriate
• Scans, deposits, and prints checks as needed
• Assists with TSA Badging duties when needed

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, or business finance experience
• Accounting A-Z knowledge
• Expert level Excel user with strong understanding of logic statements, lookups and pivot tables
• College associate degree or higher preferred
• Hands on Yardi Voyager experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of PayScan a plus
• Property management, lease billing or lease administration experience a plus
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high-level accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills, including maintaining positive relationships with merchants and team

Physical and Environmental Factors
• Must be able to pass a (felony-free) 10-year FBI background check
• Must be able to work in a small office environment
• Must be self-starter, able to work unsupervised, multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
• Must be able to work 32 to 40 hour per week; Monday-Friday
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time in standard desk chairs as provided by PRL
• Must be capable of accurately typing for up to 6 hours a day
