Position:

Foreign Currency Teller

Role and Responsibilities:

The purpose of the Foreign Currency Teller/Customer Service Associate is to buy and sell foreign currency, travel-related service products, and provide business services to the traveling and non-traveling public at Denver International Airport at the point-of-sale.

World Wide Money Exchange has three locations inside of Denver International Airport and rotates employees between stores. Excellent communications skills and attention to detail are required to be successful in this position. Fluency in the English language is necessary to engage in customer service, sales, and in communication with staff. Aggressive sales techniques and situations exist where a Teller must explain product or currency information and services clearly.

Being bilingual is beneficial.

Essential Duties include:

Daily cash handling and transacting of 65+ foreign currencies

Daily cash counting

Daily cash verification and identification

Daily balancing foreign currency and US Dollar inventories

Daily Auditing

Opening and Closing Branch

Processing of other money services including but not limited to , Money Transfers, Money Orders, Check Cashing, and Business Services.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Applicants must have "minimum 2 years high volume cash handling experience, in the United States" (no exceptions) with some college preferred.

Work Schedule requires some flexibility

Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent time management

Administrative Office skills

Shifts:

5:45am-2:00pm / 12:00pm-8:00pm

Training wage $13.50
Starting wage: $14.25/hour
