The Front Desk and Badging Administrator in Provenzano Resources, LLC’s Denver International Airport Specialty Retail program plays a key role in our small Denver office. This position serves as the first point of contact with the public so must represent our company with professionalism, courtesy, premier customer service, a welcoming smile and sometimes a sense of humor. Being a pleasant and reliable team member is of utmost importance!

Security Badging Process
· Faithfully administer all Airport Security Badging protocols for the company’s 40+ kiosk merchants
· Liaise with Security, merchants, employees in every aspect of badging issuance and compliance

Administrative Support
· Answer, screen, handle and direct incoming calls
· Organize meetings, calendars and reports
· Create and maintain spreadsheets as needed (merchant, badging and other)
· Order and organize office supplies, repairs, IT needs
· Manage incoming company mail; direct and distribute invoices, notices, correspondence as needed
· Assist Program Manager and team members with administrative duties as needed

Merchant Support
· Routinely take Concourse walks and unit inspections, communicating findings to Management
· Coordinate and communicate merchants’ needs and requests to Management and/or Operations

HR/Benefits Support
· Administer new hire procedures and maintain employee files
· Facilitate office benefits/insurance processes

Physical and Environmental Factors
· 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
· Ability to sit for long periods of time; working at computer up to 6 hours per day
· Able to lift/carry up to 20 pounds and walk up to 3 miles daily or as needed
· Light cleaning of office including ability to use chemicals for cleaning

· Must have proven track record of reliability, dependability and professional/work longevity
· Must be able to pass a 10-year (felony-free) FBI background check
· 1-2 year of administrative/office experience
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently to meet deadlines
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
· Proficient in MS Office; Outlook Word, and Excel and general working knowledge of office technology
· Excellent customer relations skills, including creating strong relationships with merchants, their employees, the office and operations team, and DEN representatives
· Notary Public, HR, Insurance/Benefits and billing experience a plus; but not required
· Social Media experience/interest a plus but not required
